I'm just starting to delve into reading about breathing techniques/practice (yay, yet another thing to feel obligated to work on). Anybody here practice any breathing techniques they'd like to share? I've mostly just been doing the triangle technique and starting to read about 360 breathing.

Take some yoga classes and you will learn a lot about breathing.

I mean there’s the 4-7-9, any length you choose of a 4 step, such as 10-10-10-10 or 10-10-20-10. The Wim Hof stuff is pretty freaking cool, I’ve done it on and off for a year now. I’d say the best way to learn as much as possible about various types though is to read Scott Carney’s book, What Does Not Kill Us.
The book covers Wim Hof more than anything else, but you get a lot of info from Laird Hamilton and from Brain McKenzie, who might be the leading breathing expert on athletic performance in the US.

If you google pranayama, you’ll find 100s of free resources, reading and video.

Also, if you YouTube: “You should be doing breathing for Health and Stress Control” it’s a 13 minute video of LairdHamilton talking to Joe Rogan about the importance of it all.
