Only on 1.5 mg of Tirzepetide/Niacinamide. We never ramped up the dose.

Sure it’s not 1.25? If so it’s not that and it’s mental. Also at that dose, it didn’t help you lose the weight either

Get hormones checked, get actual numbers not your doc saying it’s good, then get script for 5mg coals. If you really wanna have fun, get some pt141

but yes subq injection, how much depends on your ability to handle side effects like nausea, how long you want the effects to be and how strong you want the effect.

i would do a lot of research and make sure you and your partner(hopefully wife or GF) are on the same page.
