A chance to be trained by Tiny Meeker

Going to visit him at his gym and he's going to prescribe me a routine tailored to my goals and inspect my form. One of my physical life goals is to break Kirill's record. Has anyone here ever trained at his gym before?
For those that don't know of him, he's the world record equipped bencher, having done 1102, 805x10, and 1410 off a board press.

What record? Total?
Sounds really cool.
I've been wanting to get a coach or something but don't know where to look in baton rouge.

I can't find any info on this. Can't find any contact info or if there is another gym.
Think I found his info on the wpc site

I think Tiny will do anything for $$$$$$. Did you say you were gonna get him to critique your form? I guess you are paying for a training session?
Tiny is a walking encyclopedia on the bench and pretty much powerlifting in general but he operates on a level moving plates few humans on the planet can even comprehend. Just be ready to jolt your routine if you want to follow his advice.

Last time I seen him was 2003ish
Before he took a job at Angola he was coaching football and powerlifting at bishop Sullivan high school.
I first saw him when I competed in high school in 2000. He was just as big and muscular when I stood next to him as he was when I saw him at the other end of the gym.

Wade hooper and Jon magendie may still be in the br area.
I used to be on lsu's powerlifting team back in 01 and 02 Josh Bryant who owns a gym in ft. Worth was even training with Garry Frank at that time. He was a shw benching 500 plus at the time

I never trained with him but know a few guys my age that did years ago. You're gonna learn a lot in my opinion.

Also look at hardcore barbell Baton Rouge on Facebook since that's the name of Garry's gym
