Had my second scan today. It was on the same machine as last time (a Styku). I've been watching the scale at home and was a little discouraged since I've been hovering around the same weight for a few weeks.
The scan however made me a little upbeat.
10/8 Results:
244 lb
33.8% fat
82.5 lb fat
161.5 lb non-fat
12/2 Results:
239 lb
29.0% fat
169.6 lb non-fat
So I've only dropped 5 lbs in 8 weeks. However, I've gained 8 lbs fat-free mass. I'm going to assume thats muscle mass since I'm taking anything to strengthen bone density.
13.1 lbs fat loss!
I haven't been in a good routine the last few weeks due to various reasons. Makes me wonder what potential fat loss and muscle gains I could've had that I missed out on.
