Cinco Ranch in Houston is not on the GHIN network for handicaps.

This course has a lot of tournaments open to everyone that I assume a hcp would be needed.

Do they have a course rating and a slope?

If so, I think there is a way to enter scores on GHIN.

Looks like the tips are:

6922/73.8/133

Too much for me.
A scratch gets 2 shots from there.

Enjoy the tips.

On the app you can put in the course rating and slope and it will tell you based on your index how many strokes you get or for most of this board, how many strokes you have to give the course.

I’ll try to link the GHIN info if I can find it. LINK

I don't play the tips any more.

#17 is a flat out beast from any tee box. I have never played that hole when a driving wind wasn't in your face.

I have 2 scorecards that I was going to enter and the search function said Cinco was not in the system.

Sweetens Cove is an example as well. Not rated by the TN golf association and you cannot turn in a handicap round. Typically a course decision, and a number of reasons why they make it.

They allow you to enter a score.

Need course rating and slope.

Thanks, I will try that.

Pretty interesting a course like Cinco that is always so busy wouldn't be on the system.

They probably don’t want to pay the fees.

I know City Park in BR was on it and then came off. There is some time frame the the people from the LGA need to come out and re slope the course and they hadn't had anyone out.

I don't know if you can use an old slope and course rating for the round (technically). Don't think it'll matter, but if that's important for your weekly game or tournaments, you may want to investigate.

Type in:

The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch

It’s in there, but you have to populate slope and course rating.

It is odd for a nice club like that to not be immediately available on GHIN
