re: Why do golf courses hate Golf Now?

I booked a hot deal on golf now Wednesday morning for a 11:02am at Bayou Oaks South course, I live right outside of Baton Rouge and halfway there I get a email saying my tee time has been cancelled. I called them up and after being on hold for 30 minutes, they said the golf course had cancelled the time and offered to send me a gift pack with some balls and other stuff. I told them send the pack(which I don't believe they will do) and I would take it up with the course. When I get there, the guy behind the counter said that it was golf now that cancelled and he that he would let us play no charge. Wish I could remember his name because he was really good about making us happy. Also I still haven't seen the refund GolfNow said they would put back in my account.
