Driver loft. Delivered loft is the main controllable variable for spin

It’s a combo of both along with swing speed and attack angle

But all things equal the attack angle is playing a big factor in spin rate

I agree with this. In my experience, even with a very low spinning shaft and a high driver loft, depending on your attack angle, the ball might still fall right out of the sky.
