Where do you rank the ‘87 Masters in terms of greatest majors?

So much going on on that final Sunday.
You had three GOATS:
Seve Ballesteros
Ben Crenshaw
Greg Norman
And two no names (well, pretty good players that had won some tournaments); but nothing like the three mentioned above:
Roger Maltbie (leader and last twosome on Sunday)
Larry Mize (born in Augusta)
Norman shoots a 66 which gets him in the playoff.
Seve three puts the 10th.
And Larry Mize, the kid from Augusta, chips in from 140 ft for the win and his only major. Crushing Norman’s soul (sorry, I don’t root for foreign golfers.)

My 2 favorites are ‘92 (couples) and ‘05 (tiger chip in on 16 and playoff against dimarco)

Personal fave is ‘95. Crenshaw, days after his coach and mentor, Harvey Penick passed away.

Not a thing. There can only be one GOAT

'87 was great but gets overshadowed because it was the year after Jack won at 46.

Agreed. This always irritates me.

If that doesn’t hit the flag it might have gone in the water.
