That was bullshite. This is what I don’t like about golf.
The ball after dropped shouldn’t have been in play until he strikes it. The ball rolling by itself is not his fault.

His first chip shot skidded on the wet green. That was a bad break. Then the fact that his ball rolled back in the pond while he was standing up at the green and he gets penalized for it is just a terrible rule. I can’t believe what I just watched.
