Landa Park -
This Course in New Braunfles use to be a goat ranch, but the City had some leaders that had vision.
Landa Park is now a real gem of a Course. Perfect emerald fairways and the greens are very good for this time of year. A huge amount to landscaping detail makes the course beautiful.
Large amounts of friendly Deer roam the property and the elevation changes are a welcomed sight to a guy that plays flat courses in Houston area.
Everyone is super friendly at Landa Park and the green fee of 39.00 is very easy on the wallet for Seniors. The grill after a round in the afternoon is loud and a great fun environment.
Landa is not a super long Course, but I was really impressed with every aspect and it makes a golfer think his way around it. I loved it.
Tapatio Springs -
Fairways are nice, but the greens were still bumpy from the winter. The facilities were up graded with a nice Pro Shop, Guest Rooms and Restaurant after George Strait and his partners bought the resort.
On the whole, it is a beautiful course and the homes that are built way up in the Hills are breathtaking multi million dollar homes.

Staying at Tapatio Springs in October for 3 days. Plan to play there twice and maybe once in San Antonio.

I also really enjoyed Landa Park. Beautiful water features and a ton of deer
