The PGA pro who made the cut will get paid correct?

I see no reason why he wouldn't. He's technically a professional so I would assume he will get the earnings for his finish. Looks like he should be in line for about 40k.

Yes. He plays in sectional tournaments throughout the year that pay out.

No, I think he's at a course in Georgetown

There's nothing technical about it. There are no amateurs in the PGA Championship field.
