Don't recall exactly how much it was, but I've played all the Disney courses.
They're about $100 apiece. Most expensive one someone else paid for one of my suppliers got me on Shoal Creek the week after the PGA. He paid for it, including the caddie. That was in sure pretty pricey.

$380 for Pinehurst #2 and #4, with one night stay. I think it was around $380. In February.
Sedgefield, Raleigh CC, and a few other McConnel courses all around $85. I don't mind at all paying to play on difficult and beautifully manicured courses.
