So I’ve been forward pressing a little with my driver forever. Someone said in anther post j made not to so I stopped and was setting up behind the driver head and ball with my hands.
Made a world of difference! Such nice strikes and I played a consistent fade as opposed to hooks and slices.

Should you forward press with hybrids and 5 irons?

The real answer is it depends. The short answer is a tad with those clubs, but just barely.

Only matters if you are forward pressed at impact

If you have forward press with your driver that means your ball is way to far back in your stance. The ball is supposed to be off the inside part of your lead food. If you’re forward pressing that then yes it’s gonna cause problems. To me I’d say your ball position is bad before your hands are.

Yea I agree with this. I seemed able to hit up more on the ball with it out like That.
