Pretty good overall, hard and fast, greens are good

I played a few holes on the back 9 just before dark today and everything looked good to me. Greens are nice and smooth. Fairway grass is also good.

We played yesterday with a 1220 tee time and finished in just under 4 hours.
The first tee looked crowded when we finished so I’m sure the pace was a lot slower for late afternoon tee times.

Go to golf.brec.org and go to "Book a Tee Time". You can pick which Brec course you want to look at and see what tee times are available.

I’ve done that, and all the courses have tee times available on weekday afternoons, so that tells me nothing about how crowded Santa Maria is during those times. In fact, the one time that one of the brec courses didn’t have a time available in the afternoon was at Webb and I went anyway and there was barely anyone there
