Tell the golf pro and tournament committee - always tell more than one person, in case it is a buddy!!

It's a Charity Scramble, there WILL be questionable scoring.
When people start turning in 52's and 50's, you just have to roll your eyes and know that it's just a Charity Scramble and they have no integrity.

One of the best times I have ever roasted someone on the links was when me and a friend teamed up to play another group of our friends. Playing for around $30 max or something. Well I knew he likes to bump his lie and give himself a good look. Well I had enough of it around midway through and the next time he did and I made sure everyone was around and as soon as he started improving his lie I threw down a tee at his ball and said “why don’t you just tee the mother fricker up”. He stopped doing it and hasn’t done it when we have played together.

My pet peeve is when a guy constantly bumps his ball and improves his lie, drives me crazy.
He who has the fastest cart never has a bad lie

I've played in a charity tournament where it was a blind draw at the end, basket of those who did the best and those who did the worst. One picked from each basket and that total score wins. People will still cheat but this way keeps it a little honest.

No doubt and I don’t care about that part.
However, why would someone fluff their handicap? A guy like that has to know that other people are around and are going to notice it.
What’s 1 stroke for the team vs your reputation?
Hand him the sonic bag is a good one.
Maybe go out a Sonic sticker on the board next to his name so he knows he’s a marked man
