I mentioned in an earlier post that the headlines of the dismissal were exaggerated and wrong. But that doesn't get clicks. Wouldn't be surprised if the suit is thrown out at summary judgment though.

What exact fake news does he allege they reported? Videos of him breaking the rules during rounds? Referencing allegations of cheating made by others in published books? What exactly?
And at suing for almost a billion dollars. Brandel is a huge douchebag, but I still hope the Court sanctions Fatrick for filing a frivolous lawsuit
