I’ve hit on them all.

Unfortunately, there’s not a single mat that didn’t cause me wrist/elbow pain.

My solution I still use today was to get a cheap foam egg carton mattress and put it under the hitting part of the mat. Then I put a 1/2” plywood under where I stand to make ever level.

Only way I have ever gotten hitting off a mat not to hurt like hell.

Interesting. So you’re telling me don’t spend $750 on a mat bc it’s no better than something for $3-400?

Motivo golf

Has lasted me a long time and only spend $150 I believe. I didn’t spring for the rough or fancy ones. Plenty of cushion

There is a difference in which mat is going to hold up to thousands of balls hit on it.

But I found no difference in mats being able to not make my wrists and elbows hurt after hitting on them.

It varies depending on the person. If youre a sweeper any mat will work fine. If youre a digger none of them will keep you from hurting yourself.
