Headed there in about a month, will have time to play 1-2 rounds. Looking for any course recommendations within 1-1.5 hr drive of Portland.
Haven’t played golf out west before so interested to see the difference between LA/MS/AL tracks.
Thanks in advance guys

My daughter covered the Big 10 golf tournament here a few months ago. She was one of the cameramen and highly recommends it.
She also is high on the Reserve Vineyard and Gold Club, she recommended this one as her favorite, especially if the south course is available for public play.

Pumpkin Ridge
Langdon Farms
The Reserve- they switch courses one private, one public. Both are great. The south is harder but I think the North is more fun
If it’s in good shape (which is always a big if) Eastmoreland is one of the oldest courses west of the Mississippi and one of the best old school munis you will find
Heron Lakes Great Blue is another great city owned course
If you go out to the coast, Gearhart Links is a true old school links course. It’s renovated since I lived there. It’s about 1.5hrs from Portland
