False. I posted an anonymous guy on Twitter who is not 100% credible but does seem to have some second hand info.
His claim about the fake family health matter has no basis. Mind you Phil initially posted about a family health matter on Feb 1st & that source on twitter says the golf club started learning about the allegations in late February.
