Heading there in early September. Will probably get 2 rounds in. Anyone here ever played the Grand Cypress golf course? Was looking at that one because of the links style. Also need another golf course to play.
Any recommendations?

Highly recommend Orange County national panther course. Their practice facility is incredible as well
Both courses are nice but I preferred panther lakes

Have played Grand Cypress a bunch. The links course is pretty cool. Holes 1 and 18 are replicas of the same holes on The Old Course. The other course (27 holes?) was nice also.
Related story: The wife (no pics) was driving to the pro shop with a bunch of females in the car. She used GPS, but hit the walking button instead of driving. When it instructed her to turn onto the course, she obeyed. She drove down the cart path for 3 holes, playing through several groups.

Assuming you will be staying in Disney area.
Yes, Grand Cypress New Course is great and well worth playing.
• Waldorf Astoria on Disney Property.
• Orange County National is at the top of mine. 2 great courses.
• Southern Dunes
• Champions Gate (2 courses)
• Reunion Resort (3 courses)
• If you can budget time and money, head over to Streamsong. 3 top 100 courses. Pricey, but 5-star resort.
• Skip Disney, courses are under renovation.
• Falcon's Fire. One of my favorites, GREAT LAYOUT, but not always in 5-star condition.
