Maybe I'm inferring something he didn't intend to infer, but it sounds like he's calling this US Open being played in Wisconsin the Milwaukee Open. If that's the case, then that is factually incorrect and a dick move. If he's just saying a 63 in the Milwaukee Open would be a good score, then he said nothing incorrect.

Well I mean this really isn't a U.S. Open. The scores are more reflective of a Milwaukee Open than a U.S. Open.
