Have a bunch of family down from Arkansas looking to get in a round while on our vacation on Dauphin Island. We usually play Magnolia Grove, which is an hour away, so I’m looking for recs in that distance range. Shell Landing, The Preserve, taking the ferry to hit Kiva Dunes are a few that I’m looking at. What say ye?

Rock Creek in Fairhope is solid and one of my favorites that way.

If Isle Dauphine is open we’ll play it one afternoon just to get away from the kids and get boozed up. Calling that course a goat ranch is an insult to goat ranches.

The Perserve is in perfect shape right now - Shell Landing is in awesome shape also. It is worth the drive from Dauphin Island to play these 2 great course. Could play a PGA Tour event on Perserve.
