Mornin' Baws,

Anyone have a set of MP25's that they can provide some feedback on?

Reading where some are saying that the feel "harder" than a typical Mizuno. Understand feel is subjective, but do they still feel "forged?"

Also, are they less proned to getting beat to hell from bag chatter?

Can be had for cheap on eBay

I had some long irons of the 25's mixed with a mid to low iron set of 5's and the feel was very far apart, they also loved bag chatter marks as well IMO. Are the MP25 cheaper than the 545/745 line from Srixon on Ebay? I've seen some of the 565/765 sets going for $4-500 depending how many clubs you want in the set.

Good info. Saw a set go for $175 and a few others for around $200. Been reading a few reviews and feel is what people keep harping on. Not being a Mizzy guy, I'm curious if it even makes a difference.

@Chappy - Srixons expensive baw. What kinda ping putter you rollin?

Lost what you want and bandit will find them at your price in 10 minutes

Cadence Ketch. It’s “automatic” from close up. It’s those lag putts that I can’t seem to get a feel for yet.

Something decent around two to tree fiddy.

Hadn't had a chance to roll the Ketch yet. Will be on the list. I did cut down the vault and put a different grip on it, and it's made it into a whole different putter.

I hit those when I got fit. I liked the JPX more, but I need more forgiveness.

Don’t be scared to throw baws offers you never know..... I guess it depends on the setup you want shaft wise and how many clubs in the set.

Damn baw, you fast.

Thanks! the first set looks good. Might have to go try to find a set of them shafts at Edwin Watts, and give them a swing.

I told you he could find what you want. I’m out for at least 3-4 more weeks. It’ll be late July before I can get out to Gstone

I play 4-PW in the Mp 25’s and love them. They may be a little “harder” than say the mp 5’s but they still feel great and forged when you hit them square. Going to be hard to ever get them out my bag.

They are for me. My usual miss is a little towards the toe and even when I have my days it doesn’t beat me up too bad. If you are a decent iron player they should be good for you. I’m playing around a 13 right now and no complaints.

I will say I have had a few buddies hit my irons that are used to more forgiving irons and they have struggled a bit with them. Just go to Edwin Watts and try them out in simulator and check em out. Overall great clubs.

Yeh, we're similar. Might have to go give these things a swing.

I play the mp 25s. I vary between a 7 and a 10. These are definitely players irons. I went from burner cavity backs to these and I will say they are much less forgiving, but when you’re hitting them well they’re the sweetest feeling ever. Not sure if that helps. If you’re a huger handicap I would steer away from them due to the lack of forgiveness on non flushed shots.
