Chicago Golf Club, Fishers Island Club, and Yale Golf Course are some of his most famous work.

Old White at the Greenbrier and CC of Charleston are some of the professional stops. US Women’s Open was at CCC last year if you want to YouTube an old broadcast.

What course can I look at hole by hole to get an idea of what Raynor designs are supposed to look like?

Go here (the fried egg) and scroll all the way down. Click on each of the articles that are titled "The Templates: _______" (Short, Redan, Biarritz, Road Hole, Eden, Cape, etc). They refer to CB Macdonald since he was the father of American golf. Raynor was CB's engineer who began designing his own courses after Macdonald died. Interesting fact is Raynor never played golf.

Then go here to see how Raynor put it all together on one course at Shoreacres outside of Chicago. Chicago Golf Club is more renowned, but it's harder to find hole by hole descriptions of Chicago.
