Louisiana 4 Ball

So we all know the debacle that it turned into. Just curiuos how the players here did in the Tournament.
We had an early Saturday start and in spite of me being very sick with a Sinus infection, we managed to finish at +1.
Sunday gave us a later start and feeling much better, we played well and left a lot of birdies on the course. We finished even leaving us at +1 for the weekend.
Burger in the grill was excellent and I feel the course was playing very fair and in great condition. A few thin-ish greens and a few Tough pin placements.
Looking forward to the Senior 4 ball.

Even on day 1 with an afternoon tee time.
+3 day 2.. my driver head flew off on our fourth hole. Talk about a mindfrick.

E on day 1 in the morning. Burned several edges...we figured we left 3-4 out there.
Afternoon day 2 and we made more than we missed and finished -3. We were T19 when they suspended play.
Agree the course was fair with but firm greens, especially by Sunday afternoon. Any pins on the front were very tough to get to.
Fun event for sure...too bad it was rain shortened. I'm looking forward to the senior 4 ball too...in about 8 years.

77 day 1
71 day 2
We short sided on all day Saturday and with those pins and greens. Impossible to get them up and down.
I enjoyed it. Awesome course. We played with 2 guys sunday who are members there. And they said they never seen the greens that firm ever.

Oh yeah. Best club in the bag by far. Felt like a kid who lost his blankey.
