Fischer shot 75.

Needs a good round tomorrow to avoid last place.

My putter is on the drying rack and should ship tomorrow! TA3, double bend shaft, 36”

Yeah, Zack had 2 good days. Hopefully, he learns from the experience and continues to improve.

Waiting for my trade-ins to process then ordering the 699 v2 utility 3 iron with the UST recoil shaft. Then my bag will be set for a long while

He’s accomplished more this week than I and 99.9% of golfers will.

The low am was +10 or so.

I chose Sub70 for value. Good quality at a good price.

I made the switch to a used set of 699's from a set of old Taylor made burners, and so far the results have been bad. I use to hit 7-PW with out conscious, since the switch I cannot hit the new irons to save my life. I may have a set in the near future I'm willing to let go for cheap if anyone is interested.

Have you had the loft & especially the lie angles checked ?

That can cause a bunch of issues .

My irons came yesterday.

I hit the first 3 shots really good on the course.
I had already played 18 so I got tired late in the round.

I think the lighter senior flex shaft is going to help me.

With the same lofts, actually some are one degree weaker, I am able to fly the ball about 7 more yards.

The light weight, project X 4.5 shaft was a good choice for me.

I’m pleased with the 699 pros 6 through PW that I purchased.

In fact, I wonder if I should get the 5 iron and gap wedge?

One ferrule was loose, but superglue took care of that.
I love the black finish. I love the shape.
I am able to move the club with more speed.

Friends all liked the look and a couple hit shots with them. They launched it so high, but they probably should get 5 or 5.5 project X shaft

I’m glad you’re liking them

I have 4-GW and like them all. Very easy to hit even in the higher irons

My 699 pro gap wedge is my favorite club. Smooth swing 100 yards every time. I try to get myself 100 yards as much as I can bc of that club

I’m liking these clubs.

I’ve ordered the gap wedge.

They are about a club longer for me than my PXG 0211 elevate 95gm steel irons.

The Sub70 have weaker lofts, but the shafts are senior and each is about .5 inch longer.
