LIV will end up having to play more events and more holes to be truly sustainable. But doing that kills a lot of the supposed appeal.

Why not? Surely someone here understands the OWGR pts calculation pretty well to figure out where it would land.
I figured the field rating would be somewhere around 70 or higher for a LIV field.
Edit: I’m suggesting 1st place in LIV event taking 10+ OWGR pts is substantial.

54 holes to 72 holes is not apples to apples along with the fact that the PGA Tour doesn't have the same field every week.

They’re top heavy but outside of 10 players the field is atrocious. Look at Bangcock. It’s bad.
They may go points but the problem is going to be interest while time passes to get those points and are some of these players going to pass up the points in their prime?
