LIV Bedminster Experience

I live in NYC, so I drove out to Bedminster today to check out the LIV tournament. It was pretty low energy, but still a lot like most non-major tournaments I’ve attended. Only difference was the crappy music everywhere that even the players can hear and the random Saudis walking around in their full garb — my kid asked why the guys were wearing robes. I said it was a priest, so behave.
Trump National GC Bedminster is an amazing track on a some great rolling land. YouTube probably doesn’t do it justice.
It was super kid friendly. Under 15 gets in free and in the fan village they had glow in the dark putt putt and a kids area with golf games, crafts, science experiments, and other stuff. I left my wife with the kids there — I figured the Saudis weren’t allowing women on the course, but turns out I was wrong.
Right as we walked in by the LIVGOLF sign, Trump went flying by in his golf cart like a bat out of hell. Pretty sure his golf cart is faster than all the others. It was cool to see and hear the cheers from the other six people at the tournament.

I think LIV would do better in the future putting tournaments away from huge liberal populations.

Once you get away from of the NYC metro area — Bedminster is 40 or so miles away — NJ gets pretty conservative. I don’t think it’s a bad place for a tournament, especially with the Northern Trust not at Liberty National this year.

yeah.. I'm sure you only took pictures of your kids & not any professional golfers or the president or these saudis in robes. but you did take only 1 video of the president without your kids..
