Is the format schedule for the Zurich out yet?

The first year best ball was on Sunday and last year it was alternate shot. I prefer going to watch best ball because you get to see a lot more golf. I assume they are going to alternate formats every year but I don’t know for sure.

I hope they switch back to best ball on Fri/Sun. Most people will watch TV on Sunday afternoon and Best ball is much more exciting. Alternate shot can be downright brutal for the players.

I assume any playoff will be decided more quickly on alternate shot rather than best ball was the reason for the change.

The Zurich Classis went with alternate shot on Sunday last year so that it would increase the likelihood of bogies on Sunday and decrease the chance of a run away.
Best ball is a birdie fest and it makes it easier for a team to run away on Sunday. Also one person could carry the whole team.
With alternate shot, both players have to be playing well.
Had their been a playoff last year, they would have switched between alternate shot and best ball on each hole.

I know they are shutting down TPCL after the classic, are they just putting down new turf or are they renovating some holes? wondering what their plan is.

They are replanting every blade of grass on the course. Redoing, greens, fairways and rough. Not sure if they're doing any sort of renovations as well.
