I played by myself the one time I played Kiva. It was not in the summer, but the spring. No idea how busy they are this time of year.
I saw Ray Floyd do this at Harbour Town during the Heritage many years ago. Rinsed it on 14, then holed the retee for a par.
I've always called making par after hitting in the water gurglies.

Btw this needs a name
There is.
It's called a "Freddy Couples Par".
Always thought that was well known after he did it at TPC as another previously mentioned. Witnessed a buddy do it and man, that hurts.
I went about 6 inches 2 years ago in my first year on the course on a par 3, 140 yards with a PW. Looked like it was sitting on the damn cup rim from the tee box.
Haven't really come close since and probably play 35 rounds/year now.

I’ve done it. #6 at Willowdale/Grand Ridge.
