I want new irons for no good reason, and I think it may be down to these or Z765s or maybe Apex C16s. Thoughts on these Hogans?

I'm taking a hard look at the Ft. Worth 15 irons. The only thing that sucks is that because they aren't sold in stores it is almost impossible to find a set to swing.

My buddy has a set of the FW 15's and they are awesome. A lot easier to hit than you'd think, because it's not a true blade. They've got some preogressive tech that varies through the set. If you know your shaft flex and lie angle, you should be fine. The new factory direct pricing model is pretty damn attractive.

You are the man! Thank you. That is all I needed to know. No I just have to wait for them to have my lofts available again. I want the mid launch and they currently only have the High Launch, Mid-Low Launch, and Low launch available.

Where might this shop be located? I promise not to buy them.

I want a set of these. I hit them at golf connection in Lafayette. They had just filled for bankruptcy so I didn't pull the trigger on them (sorry I didn't now)
They hit so sweet

I've hit them and love them. I think the materials and feel of the metal is better than the Apex.

I have a feeling this direct to customer thing is going to fail, and these sets will eventually be cheap.

So, never did anything about this. Today, I am talking to a friend after a disc golf tournament and he is telling me about this deal he got on clubs, bag and push cart, none of which did he need. Hogan PTx set with wedges. The wedges are still in plastic. KBS 110 S.
I left with the irons for $400

those ft worth irons are drop dead gorgeous ... something about a hogan iron that does it for me ... the lines and curves ... the way the shaft feels when you stand over the mowed lawn ...

wait - what am i talking about?

I had a set of Hogan Apex blades back in high school and really liked those things. I need some new irons and may end up getting the Fort Worth.
