But he's a 9.2...

I’m a 6.5 and I’m lucky to have 2 birdies in a round

And if I have a day where I make an eagle and 5 birdies. The next day I have none...

The player in question made three natural birdies over the two days (two on a 500 yard par 5 and 1 on a 300 yard par 4) and zero eagles.

I appreciate how he pointed out that those were Net stats... as if that makes it so much more reasonable.

The player in question posted 11 scores in early August to force his index to a 9.2 instead of a 5. He got 10 strokes. 3 birdies, 3 doubles, 6 bogies and 24 pars.

You're telling me he plays in a tournament in June shooting 77/75 with a consistent 4.8-5.0 hdcp for an entire year then suddenly plays 20 times in 30 days never breaking 80? GTFO.

All that is ever posted on here is how easy that course plays. Somebody actually plays well there and you guys bash him

I was referring to the entire situation, but I get that it seemed like I was only referring to the scores.

Daniel, stop ignoring and deflecting. The index behavior is what you should be focusing on. The guys who finished 2nd and 3rd didn't come across so obvious.

the guy shot 76 and 77. It's not like he lit the world on fire, and he's been a 4.8 or 5.0 Handicap for the rest of the year so those scores are perfectly reasonable. It's just the absurdity of the index jump in the revision used for the tournament.
