Now LIV sends a letter asking for retroactive OWGR points? These guys are unreal.
The LIV Tour is not structured in a way to qualify for points. Yes, there are exceptions for other events that earn points. Key word, exceptions, not your entire tour based on exceptions. They're basically telling the OWGR to completely change the standards.
Next, LIV wants the OWGR to waive their application requirements that generally take about a year and fasttrack them.
Now they want retroactive points even though LIV has not even gone through the process yet.
F these whiny babies. Special treatment.

I don't think they should get it, but I also don't melt about people looking out for their obvious own self interest. Literally everyone and every organization does this.
Whatever, who cares. Deny it and move on

Their events don't qualify for points - okay
However, if you want an accurate ranking system ignoring LIV is doing the opposite. The only thing advantaged by excluding LIV is to diminish LIV.
Cam Smith is better than Rory regardless if Rory has now jumped Cam in OWGR. DJ is also better than Joohyung Kim...the OWGR is already becoming a joke.
