Both are cool but very different, Grand Bear is much better than I expected it to be.

Got home today from a golf trip there. Did a stay and play at the Palace. Played one round at the preserved Tuesday and Wednesday, with a 2 night stay at the Palace. They shuttle you back and forth to the course. $430 if splitting a double room.
Played the Bear on the way home today. Was also in great shape.
