golf swing coaching for large breasted newbies

Over the years I have had several opportunities to instruct large breasted women in how to swing the club for best result. Boils down to 2 issues, accuracy and distance.
For distance the elbows needs to transit above the boobs. For accuracy the elbows should pass below the boobs
