Has anyone here been to Golf Suites in Baton Rouge? We're coming down from Bossier for a High School Baseball series with Central and are looking for something to do Saturday evening. Have been to Top Golf there but saw this place and wanted to try it out if it's worth going to.

Yes, it's more geared toward golfers than TopGolf is. I use it as practice, but can also play simulated courses.

All the time... You're hitting a regular range ball plus you get Trackman data.. It's good when you're wanting to know your distances and gapping

You're not hitting regular balls - make sure you adjust the trackman to "convert" your yardages to real play.

Thanks everyone for the info, he's also on the golf team so this sounds like the place to go.

If you can read, I said "regular range ball" which is true.. it's a regular old range ball that doesn't have a micro chip in it like top golfs rock hard balls..

To clarify what he was talking about the "converting".. a range ball doesn't have the same flight characteristics as a typical ball you play a round with.. From what I understand, with a range ball you lose something like 10-15% in distance due to how it's made.. the Trackman system can take other data it collects and give you a accurate distances for your shots based on club selection..Hope that helped
