Fujikura ATMOS Tour Spec Shafts

Looking for a new driver and came across a TaylorMade M4 driver with the Fujikura Blue ATMOS Tour Spec shaft. It was brand new with wrapper. Only had one in the section. Sales guy seemed surprised it was paired with that shaft. Said they get a few different shafts but that Fuji was very odd. Said it normally would be atleast a $200 upcharge to get that shaft and he had no clue they had a M4 in stock paired with that shaft. I’m not very familiar with it all so wasn’t sure if he was selling me some BS. But the club was $400 with the shaft. Same price as the rest of them. Good deal?

Not if the shaft is wrong for your swing.

Totally agree but I was just wondering if sales guy was legit and the shaft was really normally a big upchrage. Did some research and it does seem odd that these Fujikura shafts would be on driver off the shelf in the store. Guess he wasn’t lying.

That shaft should be around a $250 upcharge

Yes, I recently paid $200 up charge for that shaft on a Titleist TS3.
Just make sure it is a legitimate Fuji Tour Spec blue and not a “made for” shaft.
As others have said, it’s only worth it if you are fitted properly.

Yea, the ATMOS TS Shafts retail for $300. They do make an non Tour Spec Atmos blue, but that is mainly black. The Tour Spec version is mostly white.

Looked just like these and had tour spec stamped on it. Was clean looking. Guess it was a rare find and a good deal if the shaft matched the swing.

Yea, that’s legit. Great deal. I’d say scoop it up.
