Any info on what is going on with the area around the greens? It is just sand. Is it a maintenance issue or bad grass used on the renovation? Greens also not looking like they were just redone.

Someone had posted on here a couple weeks ago that the greens were in great shape.
Last time I played out there they weren’t great but kept reading here that they were renovated.

Greens are awesome right now. Not sure what’s up with the collars. Just hit the greens and you don’t have to worry about chipping through the sand

Someone(owner’s friend or relation) sprayed weed killer to keep the collar/fairway grass from creeping into the new greens. Runoff took it where gravity flows. Greens are great. Collar transition getting better.
