What do you eat?

I tried sticking with my diet and eating a lean lunch before playing CAM2. Got waaay too hungry, which makes me angry, which makes me hit like crap. And I was doing so good at the range lately.

Next time, I'm eating like crap.

I never like playing on a full stomach so I’ll never eat anything big before but I also won’t go hungry. Don’t eat while playing but I don’t mind having my fair share of Michelob’s during.

Normally just have a couple random nature valley type bars in my bag that I’ll eat if I’m hungry.

I didn't used to eat before or during but I started to and I feel a lot better. Especially when I'm slamming brews in the heat.

I usually won't eat anything prior to playing. During the round, it'll be things like trail mix or small Slim Jims

Typically something light (fruit / cold cuts) before and a snickers on the turn.

I typically don’t play well on a full stomach.

Morning Round:
Two bowles of cereal and a Gatorade before i leave the house
some peanut butter/honey snackers for the course (2 per side)
AND LOTS OF WATER

Afternoon round:
Pasta lunch (mostly just buttered noodles) and maybe a chicken breast
Snickers or something sweet and some more snackers for the course
AND EVEN MORE WATER

Weekday Afternoon Round: Just eat as I usually would in the week and eat after

Biscuit or something before and I will bring a Payday in case I get hungry during the round. Although I usually keep the appetite at bay with Miller Lites.

Playing in Houston humidity after hitting 40, I have to eat. Use propel in my water 2-3 times a round, eat at least two bananas, and will bring half a PBJ. Usually eat the other half before I leave the house.

See a lot of guys crater on the back and especially last 4 holes because of not eating or drinking water.
