Under 35 it’s like 75. Over it’s like 120. You can also get a cart plan if you want. Otherwise 15/play. There is also a semi annual $50 assessment that goes to projects. No app fee.

Alcohol is relatively cheap up there compared to most places also. And we have increase prices twice in the past 3 years. Still cheaper than most.
