Copper mill tees selection

Looking on the GHIN app there is a selection for Green/Copper tees and Copper/Black tees. I don't see this on their scorecard though. Anyone have any idea how you would play combined tees like that there? The only place I've seen something like that was at Carter Plantation, but they tell you what tee to play on what hole.

They have new scorecards as of a couple weeks ago that include the mixed tees.
