Anyone played it before? I have a time w some guys on Saturday. Wondering what to expect. I saw it was a top 100 course you could play so I have high hopes.

Played it a few years ago and it was really good. It was "the course" before Shadow Creek came along. Caddies were a lot of fun and the clubhouse is quiet cool with all the waterfalls and such. You won't be disappointed. Wolf Creek is still my favorite in that area, although I haven't played Shadow yet.

It’s awesome. I enjoyed it just as much as shadow. Thank God I had a four caddy because those greens are tough to read.

Thanks! I have hit Wolf Creek a few times and Coyote Springs (not really worth the drive). Also played Bali Hai which wasn’t bad.

I am really looking forward to it but pricing of it had me potentially willing to cx tee time. Sounds like it will be worth the experience at least once.

It is excellent and pricey, played it twice (at some discount I don’t recall). I haven’t played Shadow Creek or Wynn or some of the private courses like south shore or southern highlands but just about everywhere else. Wolf Creek is very fun but def a trek out there. I really enjoy playing 36 w lunch at Pauite a lot

The course was really really good. The only negative besides a being a bit overpriced was that we didn’t get to enjoy many of the waterfalls/features there due to draught.

Greens were running 11 and pure. Our forecaddie was not that great reading the greens, but he did tell us proper aiming strategies and where to miss.

I honestly hit the ball well but had a lot of putts hit the edges or lip out. I think I had 4 three putt bogies. And I just couldn’t buy anything inside of 6’.

I did get it rolling on the back nine and made 3 birdies which made the course finish more enjoyable for me.

I loved the feeling of wilderness and zero homes on the property. I would definitely recommend the course. I enjoy wolf creek, but I think Cascata is better even though Wolf Creek seems to have more of a “wow” factor.

Cascata gave more of the private club vibe based on how spaced out tee times were (12min) and also how there seemed to be hardly anyone there but us. It was a blast overall.
