Cam2 course in Amite City

Played it Friday. If anyone has played this course, they know how crazy it is, tale of 2 Nines for sure. But its in very good shape I would say. Fairways are decent and greens are absolutely PRIMO.

I've played this course in the past and loved the layout of the back nine in particular.
I haven't played it in a year, but had some buddies play it 3 weeks ago when I was out of town, and they said it was in awful shape compared to the previous times we played it. Said there were weeds growing right up next to the greens and the greens were super shaggy. Price had gone up significantly as well. Now I wasn't there to verify, but they have no reason to not tell the truth about it. They were not happy about driving all the way there to play in those conditions.

Played it about one month ago. Greens were not primo, but they were still better than many places locally.
Front nine has 2 or 3 interesting holes, but the greens are too damn small!
Back nine is like something from another course - much more fun than the front and larger greens.
Are they planning a new clubhouse?

Played today. Course was in pretty good shape 7.75 out of 10
