Cool, I’m going to go check them out.

I really hope I’m proven wrong, but the whole thing just seems like massive fraud at this point.

There is no resemblance of a golf course anymore. The weeds are shoulder high. And apart from a few homeowners that go out and mow some old fairway sections in their backyards, there is no sign of lawn equipment anywhere.

It’s terrible in every way.

Louisiana didn’t manage it. Some idiot didn’t realize the amount of capital involved in owning and maintaining a golf course, especially one in that location with it’s preexisting problems. I think his end game is to make it residential lots, he’s a ‘realtor’ after all.
