I have been playing since March. Every week, several times throughout, I go to multiple ranges to work on one area of my game. I work on my irons normally two hours a week. My wedges for an hour or so and also hitting a driving range to continuously improve my driving and wood/hybrid.
I am getting some improvements in each but my putting has been a challenge.
Distance, how to not over putt by 7 foot or equally under putt significantly.
Slopes confusion is continuous. I would be happy just learning how to lay it up. Get it close enough for a chance.
I do a decent job of getting on the green in 2 on a par 4 and 3 on a 5. But I can 3 putt the life out of some holes.
Any practice tips or video would be well received.

Putting just takes purposeful practice (like every part of golf). work on your stroke first with a simple gate drill. Stroke must be pretty consistent to improve.

Then work on pace with 2 alignment sticks perpendicular to you, about 2 feet apart at first and keep moving the sticks closer together as you improve. The goal is to get the ball to roll over the first stick and not roll over the second stick.

Did you watch that online to learn or did you get lessons?
Agree that every part of golf needs time and attention.
In guess I was hoping for some video that has helped others.

Make sure the face is pointed where you think it’s pointed.

It’s sounds simple, but most players read the putt from behind, then step in front he side. Things can look very different from the side.

Where the face is pointed matters more than the perfection of your stroke.

I’d rather know where the face is pointed than have a perfect stroke.

Make sure you’re hitting the putter face in the same spot every time. The ball speed will differ from putt to putt if you’re hitting it all over the face.

Once you're hitting it in the same spot on the face every time, you’ll be able to build a feel for distance.

What putter are you using? I’ve used a Scotty Cameron circa 62 for 20 plus years and always felt confident with it in my hand anywhere on the green. Last year the course I play regularly lost the greens and they play much slower now. I tried a friends spider tour x and had a lot more success on slower greens. I take both when I go to a new course and if the greens are faster I use the Circa and when they’re slower I use the Spider. It’s helped me out a lot.

ETA: no videos just time one the greens rolling balls to the cup. That’s the only thing that’s ever helped me.
