I'm not the greatest putter, so I'm always looking for any help. AimPoint helps me. I'm a fast tempo player. None of my playing partners have ever complained about my pace of play. Way too many pros and other golfers use it to be a fad that will go away. I have found that it is usually more reliable than what my eyes see.

There are several teachers here in Central Florida.

Agree with previous poster. If someone is slow, it's not AimPoint, they were already slow.

I took a class last year and made the commitment to stick with it through the season.

I have really worked on speeding up the process and I find I can get most of it done while others are chipping up or lining up their putts.

I RARELY misread the break anymore and it is an absolute game changer for long lag putts and long double breakers.
I have noticed compared to almost everyone I play with (a lot of randoms since I play as a single a lot) I have way more success on greens than them.

I also have holed more long putts than previously or at least leave myself stress free second putts that take no time.

The best way to practice (after you take class) is to buy a digital ruler w percent slope and go practice on the greens by checking w ruler after you tell yourself what you think the slope is.

I hate slow play too, but it’s people that have a club in their hand and continue to talk vs hit their shot then talk, leaving clubs on far side of green then having to walk all the way back to get them, not taking a couple of clubs w them then walking back to cart, not dropping someone at their ball and going to theirs etc. Those are more frustrating to me than taking a moment to focus before a shot or putt.

Saw a tip from Ben Crenshaw probably 25-30 yrs ago where he said he looks for the highest line for his putts with the thought of the ball dying in the hole. He sees the line the ball rolls on and goes by feel. Took me a few years but that’s what works for me. I very seldom 3 putt and make my fair share of putts. Aim point may work for some but there are other methods.
