Better than SM if that helps. 95% of the fairways are immaculate as well. I guess being late summer and low traffic has its perks. Best value in BR imo for $22 weekday twilight.

Saturday 8/29 at Pelican Point Links - the course is always in great shape.
41-42 = 83
10 pars and 1 birdie; several doubles and a triple. It rained 3-11. We stopped for about 20 minutes at 6 tee box due to lightening.
