I’ll download tonight
Going to have to squeeze it in via handheld until Monday. I have the kind of wife who never stops inventing chores for me and then things that actually need to be done get left ignored
Throw in Christmas decorating and a 5 day sister in law visit and my house is a mess, my yard is a mess despite me working all weekend doing shite

Same. Christmas Deco weekend for me as well. And I have other chores, I'll probably get some time in this weekend, but most of my play time won't be until later towards the holiday.
I have heard that this game has a slightly harder time in handheld than what we've seen before. I really never mind that stuff, but it's being called out a lot. They say the same thing about other games and I never see a huge problematic difference, so I'm not worried.

I can't wait to get home from work to start playing this. I bought a switch specifically for Zelda and Xenoblade.

I think I got more excited for XC2 than anything else, only because I know I am going to get a Zelda and Mario game. It was exciting to get them, but I had no idea we were this close or that we would ever get another Xeno game. That alone made the first views of it sweeter.

Zelda was a 6 year wait. 4 from when they first showed us link running from a guardian
Delay after delay... no game has given me a sense of anticipation like that. We heard it will release in March (thinking late March) but may not make it for launch, could be fall
So after waiting for years with no announced release date they show the trailer and it’s less than 3 months away and releasing March 3rd

That would make sense. It's probably better and easier to play a massive game with hugely customizable characters with a pro controller on a big screen

I guess. With the naming convention, I wouldn't be surprised if people thought XCX was the first.
If it means anything, I was trying to compliment XC2 because I did not think XCX was good at all.

Oh totally, just maybe people didn't realize it was a Wii game, or classify as that, because it came out at the tail end of the Wii's life cycle. It was the last Wii game I bought, and I believe I got it in a couple of months before I got the Wii U.

Just FYI, this game is frickin awesome. Thoroughly beat my expectations.
I don't want want to spoil anything so let me know when yall pass the prologue/chapter 1 and get to the beginning of Chapter 2. Took me about 4 hours.

Judst hit the end of chapter 1. That was epic as heck. Love it so far. And I like the way they ease you into things.

I love it. Because of the JRPG style.
The second I saw Jin with his stupid mask and Katana and suspiciously no blade, my first thought was I can't wait to see what fricked up villainous shite this guy pulls on me.
And of course when they find the Aegis they smash cut to her tits. And then they do it like 4 more times after that. I laughed my arse off that entire sequence.
And when you find Gramps and he's a little goofy Pokémon dragon I was fully hooked on the game.
