Where are you at with Dead Rising 3?

Really enjoyed this game. I'm about to finish my second run through and do Nightmare Mode. I am having trouble finding the last tragic ending. It doesn't show up on my map. I googled and the one that everyone says is by the biker gang fight is one I have picked up already.

Beat it twice and loved it. I downloaded the DLC, which I really need to get around to playing.

Thought about downloading the DLC tonight. Did anyone find all 25 survivors? I'm missing one of those too.

I haven't because I assume you have survivor missions running concurrent to the last day. I'm at about 3 days left and I have no missions active.

I'm at 2 days and am at the point where I take the girl back to the plane from the strip club. I also just saved the tranny.
