Space Hack.
I've gotten so many hours in d1 and d2 it's insane.
2kish in d1 4k+ hours in d2.
Actually play 3-4 private servers for d2 every ladder reset.

There are some great d1 mods out there that add qol. Ie stash,shared stash etc.

In regards to path of exile. I highly recommend trying your own scuffed shut builds first it will teach you a lot about the basics. Ie always having 75% resists etc. Then you can jump into the Beast that is Hc Ssf path of exile lol

One of the first games with the option to continue by adding additional quarters. I had a friend who would spend his entire allowance in a few minutes with that game.

Yeah that's a no for me dawg. I have over 1k hours and still haven't made my own build. I guess because I like the mindlessness of it but I always default back to CoC ice nova after whatever starter I pick.
I will say I know enough now to mess around in POB to tweak my build without looking at guides too much.

D2 and the expansion pack were all we did in middle school.
Two years later, I went to high school there were private lan sessions in the lab (athletic boarding school with kids from all over the world) and they would last for weekends. A handful of the kids were some of the top junior athletes in the world.
